Monthly Marketing Management Packages for XSites

Package recommendations are just that = recommendations. For example: Gold XSite users can start out with a Starter package but you will not utilize all that your Gold XSite has to offer.

Template Set-up and Customization – Eos Concepts will work with you to choose a template that matches your industry and needs. We will design any custom graphics needed, install the site on your hosting account and add content (provided by you).

Free $105 Google AdWords Credit – Clients are able to take advantage of our special relationship as an authorized Google Agency. This includes our in-depth knowledge about the Goole AdWords Platform and our free $105 coupons that we give to new clients.

Basic Monthly Support – Eos Concepts will be your point of contact for all of your XSite’s needs. If there’s ever any trouble that requires tech support, we will handle it for you and let you know when it’s fixed.

Worry-free Management – You know that you need an effective online marketing plan but you don’t have the time to do it yourself. Worry-free management means that you can sit back and relax knowing that everything’s covered. Eos Concepts will work with you to map out a plan that points you in the direction YOU need to go with your website and online presence. Leave the marketing and tech stuff to us while you do what you do best.

Listings Management – Eos Concepts will pull your listings from IDX and update them or will manage them manually from your XSite’s listings management dashboard. This includes importing pictures, adding descriptions, room measurements and descriptions, etc. Information must be available through the MLS/IDX provider or supplied by you.

Market Reports – Eos Concepts will take your market data and turn it into visual representations for you to use on your blog, website, or marketing.

Basic SEO Analysis – There are many factors that impact how optimized your website and its pages are optimized. Eos Concepts will analyze your top-level pages and how well your site places in the search engines.

Social Media Analysis and Planning – Social media involves the in-depth understanding of your biggest fans and biggest detractors. To get a pulse on this information we will spend time tracking down what is being said about your company online (as well as your competition). We will take the time to analyze the mood and sentiment of the discussions. We can then put a plan in place of what kind of discussions we want to start based on your marketing objectives.

Social Media Graphics– You should take advantage of branding yourself and your company at every opportunity. Eos Concepts will create graphic layouts for your Twitter and/or Facebook pages.

Semi-monthly Planning Calls – Twice a month Eos Concepts will schedule a planning call with you to review actions taken to improve your marketing profile. We will then review your goals and look toward the next steps.

Drip Marketing Campaigns – Eos Concepts will ensure that your drip-marketing campaigns are running smoothly and each group is getting the appropriate, relevant information they need.

Lead Management – Lead follow-up is imperative to business, especially in real estate. Eos Concepts will help ensure that you never miss a lead. We will monitor your incoming leads daily and send you reminders to follow-up with the appropriate information.

New Custom XSite Design – All Gold and Platinum-level XSites can be fully customized with a completely new design. Make your XSite stand out with a design not available in the XSite template library.

SEO Execution – Eos Concepts will research keywords and phrases that will help rank your site. We will build and maintain lists of keywords and review them with you monthly.

Update and Monitor Social Networks – Eos Concepts will work with you to determine the best way to engage with your future, current, and past clients using social media. We will then layout an action plan which Eos Concepts will be responsible for executing.

Print Marketing – Print marketing can include newsletters, Just Listed, Just Sold, open house advertisements, touch campaigns, and/or holiday notes. Eos Concepts will work with you to set up long-term plans for newsletters, touch campaigns, holiday notes, etc., as well as short-term plans for as-needed materials.

Property XSites Management – Property XSites come with the Elite packages and are also available for purchase separately. Eos Concepts will set up and maintain Property XSites as needed.

Lead Routing – Brokerages have the ability to route leads to specific agents or groups of agents. Eos Concepts will monitor lead routing to ensure that agents are receiving the appropriate leads.

Agent Management – As agents come and go in your brokerage Eos Concepts will update your agents list, activate the individual agent’s personal XSite, and ensure that their information is properly shared with the brokerage’s XSite.
