So how does the process work?
You will begin by selecting which services and designs you would like from the create your design package pages (WordPress vs. a la mode, inc.) and submit the information to us. Once received you will get an invoice e-mailed to you within 2 days.
After your payment has been processed you will be added to our Basecamp account and have access to view and correspond with us regarding the design and set-up process of your website. If you’re not familiar with Basecamp, don’t worry, it’s easy and you don’t even have to log-in to make requests or comments just send and e-mail to the special e-mail address assigned to your project.
You will be able to track the progress of your project, ask questions, and upload and view files all through Basecamp. If you have calendar appointments, such as planning phone calls, you will be able to see and/or download them to your calendar.
Time to completion varies by project.
